Jerry specializes in personal injury, products liability, boating accidents and medical malpractice cases in all of the Hampton Roads area courts. Jerry also handles Federal Tort Claim cases and cases involving military medical malpractice. Jerry is a graduate of The University of Virginia and Marshall-Wythe School of Law. He was the Editor of the William and Mary Law Review and is published in that Journal. Jerry has served as President of the Peninsula Crime Line and a board member of the Peninsula Boys and Girls Club of the Peninsula. Jerry has been a long-standing member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice. Jerry is admitted before all of the local Hampton Roads courts and has appeared before the Virginia Supreme Court.

Rhett specializes in work accidents and injury cases including Virginia Workers' Compensation and Longshore cases. He also handles cases against drunk drivers and serious injury cases. He is a cum laude graduate of James Madison University and a Sterling Honors graduate of the University of South Dakota School of Law. He has been an adjunct professor at Christopher Newport University and taught courses in the People's Law School project. He is published in the South Dakota Journal of Law. He practices before all of the local Hampton Roads area courts as well as the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission. He has also appeared before the Virginia Court of Appeals. Rhett is a member of both the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice.
